• Allow your Friends & Family to be Virtually on Board. Use this feature to give the Extra Fun to your Friends & Family, or maybe to your Sailing Club back home. Remote Tracking and Route tracing allows them to see you on Map and by Geo Data and follow your route with position and time stamps. If you are more than one boat, they will see your little fleet, as specified by you.
• SailTheSea allows you to organize your own Regatta of chartered boats and enjoy even more fun on sea together with your sailing friends.
• Geofence your boat while you are on land or want to be alarmed by any movements from a fenced position. An alarm on SailTheSea and via SMS on defined Mobile Telephones (e.g. the Skippers Mobile Phone) will inform you about unplanned movements of your yacht. This can also be used for watching a boat on anchor and boats in Marinas. Setting/Unsetting Geofence is easily done via SailTheSea internet tool, or via SMS (e.g. by the Skipper) from your mobile phone.
• Use the Help Button to get support by your charter company in case of non urgent situations. An alarm (orange) will be set on SailTheSea and an SMS will be sent to a specified mobile phone, e.g. of your charter company.
